Sinopsis:
Seperti biasa, Jellystone Park, tempat tinggal Yogi (Dan Aykroyd) dan Boo Boo (Justin Timberlake) tak terlalu banyak dikunjungi orang. Ternyata, walikota Brown punya rencana jahat dan kini hanya Yogi dan Boo Boo saja yang bisa menyelamatkan Jellystone Park dari kehancuran. Untungnya Ranger Smith (Tom Cavanagh) dan Ranger Jones (T. J. Miller) bersedia ikut membantu Yogi dan Boo Boo menyelamatkan Jellystone Park. Untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah, Yogi dan dua ranger ini bisa bekerja bahu membahu untuk mencapai satu tujuan.
